This project showcases the complete redesign and visualization of a residential bathroom that required renovation due to water leakage issues. Beyond fixing the leakage problem, the clients wanted to use this opportunity to create a more functional and modern space that better fits their daily needs.
The main limitation of the project was the fixed location of the toilet, which could not be moved without the plumber’s approval. This constraint shaped the design planning process.
To ensure the best solution for the clients, we prepared two alternative layouts:
Option 1 – Toilet in its original location
We redesigned the space around the existing plumbing, enlarging the shower area, reorganizing the vanity, and optimizing storage solutions while keeping the toilet exactly where it was.

Option 2 – Toilet relocation (conditional)
If the plumber confirmed the possibility of rerouting plumbing, we proposed a second layout option with the toilet moved to a more efficient location. This version allowed for an even larger shower and a cleaner spatial flow.

The final design offers a bright, natural, and contemporary atmosphere with soft textures, warm materials, and improved functionality. The new layout prioritizes comfort and ease of use, transforming an outdated, compact bathroom into a refreshing and well-organized space.
