MANSON ROAD HOUSE COMPLEX
Type: 3D Modelling - Visualization
Year: 2024
Location: British Columbia, Canada
Visualization: TA Design Works
Design Development: Joyce Troost
This project features a comprehensive set of architectural visualizations developed for a thoughtfully designed residential complex by architect Joyce Troost. Our role in this collaboration was to provide full visualization services—translating the architectural concept into photorealistic images that clearly communicate both the exterior presence and the interior atmosphere of the design.

Our goal was to faithfully translate the architectural vision into high-quality visuals that communicate the atmosphere, spatial dynamics, and materiality of the design. The exterior renderings emphasize the massing and integration with the surrounding landscape, while the interior shots highlight the distinct character of each unit type, tailored for different user needs.

Our visualization process began with interpreting architectural drawings and design intentions, followed by detailed 3D modeling, material development, lighting design, and scene composition. Particular attention was given to natural lighting scenarios, textures, and subtle details that bring the design to life. Our goal was not only to represent the physical aspects of the architecture but also to evoke the mood and lived-in quality of the spaces.

The interior renderings emphasize the material palette, furniture layout, and spatial quality specific to each unit type. By creating consistent lighting and styling across the shots, we aimed to unify the visual identity of the project while still highlighting the individuality of each space.

We would like to thank Joyce Troost for the opportunity to visualize this beautifully crafted residential design. It was a pleasure to contribute to the presentation of a project that balances form, function, and human-centered design so seamlessly.
