We partnered with Groupe Denux to transform the sales process for their new apartment building in Canada. Our goal was to create high-definition, fully interactive 360° Virtual Tours for four different units.
The project's foundation began with a comprehensive data transfer: the client provided us with architectural drawings, their detailed material selections, and construction photos documenting the current, unfinished state of the property. Using these assets, we accurately built the core 3D model of the units. We then enhanced this model with realistic interior decoration, carefully applying the chosen finishes and introducing furniture to accurately simulate the scale and atmosphere of the space.
This process created a complete visualization to show what the units would look like after construction. The final 360° Virtual Tours were generated to serve as an indispensable sales tool, enabling prospective customers to easily bypass the visual distraction of the ongoing construction and clearly imagine the final, lived-in state of their future home.
These virtual tours allow viewers to freely explore the spaces from multiple viewpoints, providing a much stronger understanding of room proportions, circulation, and overall atmosphere than traditional renderings alone.
